Refill Your Cup: Self-Compassion for Helping Professionals
September 23 @ 10:00 am - 12:15 pm

Self-compassion is often misunderstood as self-indulgence or weakness, yet research shows it is strongly linked to resilience, emotional well-being, and sustainable helping. This interactive, experiential workshop introduces participants to the science and practice of self-compassion through evidence-based strategies developed by Dr. Kristin Neff and colleagues.
Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, discussion, and practical skill-building, participants will explore the three core components of self-compassion—mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness—and learn tools they can apply in both their personal and professional lives.
Participants will leave with practical strategies to reduce self-criticism, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner resources so they can continue showing up with greater presence, compassion, and authenticity.
